Please register & pay for the balance of your stay upon arrival

Powered & Unpowered sites check in time is after midday

Onsite accommodation check in time is 2pm and check out on day of departure is 10am

All accommodation supplied is non-smoking

An airing fee will be charged to your credit card (one days tariff) if it is found you have smoked in our accommodation

At our discretion negligent/malicious damage, loss or theft of property will be charged to your credit card at full replacement cost

Minimum bookings apply over Christmas/New Year, Easter, Long Weekends and Festivals

Prices quoted include GST and are subject to change without notice

Fire Drums & firewood available for a fee

(Camp fires are allowed at the discretion of the Manager)

• A deposit must be paid to hold a booking
• Deposits are not refundable if less than 14 days notice is given prior to arrival and incur a $20 cancellation fee (please see below for our cancellation policy) 
• Cabins require a min. 2 night booking
• Should you wish to book for one night only - an additional $60 cleaning levy will apply
• At certain times such as long weekends, Easter and Christmas there may be a longer minimum stay requirement
• No fires permitted with Cabin bookings
• No Pets allowed with Cabin bookings (no exceptions)

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS and cash. All prices are quoted in $AUD.

Fees apply if payment is made by card (rates differ depending on the card type)

Online booking fee $0.90 & merchant fees 2.15% are also payable when booking online.

Cancellation Policy

• There will be no refund after arrival if your stay is cut short for any reason or you change your mind and your room/site is left vacant.
• If your room/site can be re-let at any point after your departure, an equivalent refund will be made available less an administration fee of $20.
• A one night deposit is required upon making your booking.
• We reserve the right to charge a $20 administration fee for all cancellations.
• Deposits/payments for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the accommodation can be re-let for the equivalent time frame originally booked.
• Deposits/payments for cancellations made outside 14 days of arrival can be credited to a future booking or refunded, less an administration fee of $20.
• Peak Weekends, Festival, Easter & Christmas/New Year please note Deposits/payments for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will not be refunded unless accommodation can be re-let. This means if you cancel and payment for your stay has not been paid in full and we cannot re-let the site for the duration of the stay intended - **full payment is required**(e.g. cancel because of weather forecast).
• For no-shows, we reserve the right to charge entire stay charges.
• Tariffs are subject to change throughout the year without notice.
• We do not accept personal cheques for payment upon arrival.
• We reserve the right to change room/site allocation (within the appropriate category) if deemed necessary.
• All Account credits must be used within 12 months of the date issued.
