- Office Hours: 9AM - 5PM
- Please be aware of quiet time is before 8AM and after 10PM
- Please register & pay for the balance of your stay upon arrival
Check-In times - Powered & Unpowered sites is after midday
Onsite accommodation is 2pm
Check-Out times - on day of departure 10am for all accommodation types
Late Check-In - If your anticpated time of arrival is after 5PM please make arrangements with the office
CAMPFIRES MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE OFFICE
Dump Point We only accept GREEN chemicals (septic safe) when using our dump point.
Cabin/Park Pods
- Are strictly NO smoking or vaping
- Cabin/Pod facilities are only to be used by the occupants of the Cabin - no other campers are to use the Cabin/Pod facilities.
- An airing fee will be charged to your credit card (one days tariff) if it is found you have smoked in our accommodation
- At our discretion negligent/malicious damage, loss or theft of property will be charged to your credit card at full replacement cost
- We reserve the right to deny entry to intoxicated and undesirable guests
- Number allocated in each onsite accommodation must not exceed the number of beds available (unless authorised by the Manager)
- Strictly NO pets allowed with Cabin/Pod reservations

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS and cash. All prices are quoted in $AUD.
Fees apply if payment is made by card (rates differ depending on the card type)
Online booking fee $0.90 & merchant fees 2.15% are also payable when booking online.
Cancellation Policy
General Policy
No Refunds After Arrival:
- No refunds if your stay is cut short or you change your mind and leave the room/site vacant.
- If the room/site is re-let after your departure, a refund will be issued minus a $20 administration fee.
Deposits and Cancellations:
- Deposit Requirement: A one-night deposit is required to secure a reservation.
- Online Bookings: Payment must be made in full.
- Administration Fee: A $20 administration fee applies to all cancellations.
Cancellation Timelines
Cancellations Within 14 Days of Arrival:
- Deposits/payments will not be refunded unless the accommodation can be re-let for the originally booked timeframe.
- For peak weekends, festivals, Easter, and Christmas, the same rule applies. If we cannot re-let the site, full payment is required even if the stay is not paid in full at the time of cancellation.
Cancellations Outside 14 Days of Arrival:
- Deposits/payments can be credited to a future booking or refunded, less a $20 administration fee.
Peak Periods (With 4 Weeks Notice):
- During peak periods (e.g., festivals, Easter, Christmas), cancellations must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the arrival date to qualify for a refund of deposits/payments.
- If a cancellation is made within 4 weeks of the arrival date, deposits and payments will not be refunded unless the site can be re-let. Any outstanding balances will remain due and payable unless we successfully re-let the site.
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these busy periods.
No-Shows: The entire stay charges will be applied for no-shows.
Additional Policies
- Tariffs: Tariffs are subject to change throughout the year without notice.
- Room/Site Allocation: The park reserves the right to change room/site allocations within the same category if necessary.
- Account Credits: All account credits must be used within 12 months from the date issued.
Communication of Policies
- Booking Confirmation: Policies are included in each booking confirmation email sent to customers.
