Welcome to Valley View Caravan Park in the heart of the King Valley!
Our goal is for our Guests to have a fun and safe holiday.
So please, kindly take a moment to read what follows.
On the day of departure, site fees are calculated up until 10am. To make other arrangements, please get in touch with park management if these times interfere with your travel plans. Check-in for the site begins at noon, and on site accommodation begin at 2pm.
The management disclaims all respoonsibility for any loss or damage to any car, van, tent, prefab or other property while it is in the park. Please keep all valuables safe. You can report lost property to the office. Any items discovered and turned into the office will only be kept for a period of 2 weeks.
While you are not on-site, please be mindful of conserving electricity and water by turning off the air conditioner or heater. Verify that there are no leaks coming from your tap fittings.
Our top priority is keeping all our Guests and kids safe. Our speed limit is 8km/h; therefore, we would appreciate your dedication in keeping your car moving at a walking pace only. Please take note that washing cars, RVs, caravans are not permitted.
The Park and all its amenities are here for you and your children to enjoy. The children need to be supervised to keep them safe and to make sure they don't bother other Guests. When using the showers and restrooms, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. As shared roads, abide by the traffic laws when riding a bike. Cycling is prohibited after sunset, including paths and around Cabins/Pods. Children must wear helmets as required by law.
BEHAVIOUR
Please remember others - Avoid making excess noise before 8AM or after 10PM. At dusk, children must return to their cabin or campsite under parental supervision. Offensive or bad language will not be tolerated.
Visitors must register with office before entering the park. A day visitor is a person/s entering the park for a short period of time to visit registered guests at the park. Visitor's fees may be applicable. All visitors' cars must be parked outside the park entrance. You are responsible for your visitor's behaviour.
Lighting after dark. Press the white button located near entry of door to amenities. Please use showers sensibly and with due regard to other campers. For example, mopping the floor after use. An adult must accompany all children under the age of 12 in the amenity block. Please sanitise your hands.
Digging of trenches or drains around tents is strictly prohibited.
Please advise us immediately of any problems or maintenance matters on 0429-149-320.
Must be on a lead in the caravan park. Please clean up after your pet. Bags located at the both ends of the amenity block.
All campfires must be registered at the office. Campfires must be in fire drums and be approved by the Managers. Fire drums must have legs. Coals should be disposed of in the RED ash bins, not on the ground or on garden/trees.
Posters are located in each of the amenity blocks, laundry, camp kitchen, office and in Cabins/Pods.
Please leave campsites and onsite accommodation in a clean & tidy manner.
We do not give refunds if you leave prior to your nominated departure date.
Abuse of any rule stated above will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of fees and deposits.
