Booking Information and Policies

Reservations must be secured with a booking confirmation.

Deposits are refundable with more than14 days notice of cancellation and incur a administration fee of $20.

If less than 14 days notice of cancellation, deposits are not refundable and full payment is required (Note: If insufficient notice is given and cabin cannot be re-let for the duration of the original booking).

During peak periods (e.g., festivals, Easter, Christmas), cancellations must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the arrival date to qualify for a refund of deposits/payments.

If a cancellation is made within 4 weeks of arrival date, deposits and payments will not be refunded less the site can be re-let. Any outstanding balances will remain due and payable unless we successfully re-let the site.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these busy periods. 

We require a minimum two-night booking.

There are longer minimum stay requirement at certain times, such as long weekends, Festivals, Easter, Christmas/New Year, and January school holidays. 

No Smoking or Vaping in our Cabins.

No Camp Fires permitted with Cabin reservations. 

Strictly NO Pets allowed with Cabin reservations (unless authorised by the Managers).
